MJE Fitness was founded in 2021 with one simple goal in mind – to create a community where everyone feels empowered to take control of their health. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

  • MJE Fitness Center is open six days a week, Monday to Saturday. 6am to 10 am Morning and evening 4pm to 8pm . Specific hours may vary, so it's always a good idea to check our website or give us a call for our most up-to-date schedule.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR CLASSES OR BOOK PERSONAL TRAINING?

  • You can easily sign up for classes and book personal training sessions through our website or mobile app. Alternatively, you can visit us in personal.

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITION ADVICE OR SERVICES?

  • Yes! We have nutrition experts who can guide you on healthy eating habits that complement your fitness goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall health, we can provide personalized advice

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN EQUIPMENT OR GEAR?

  • For most workouts, we provide all necessary equipment. However, we recommend bringing comfortable workout clothing, shoes, and a towel. If you're attending a yoga or Pilates class, feel free to bring your own mat (though we also have mats available).

CAN BEGINNERS JOIN MJE FITNESS CENTER?

  • Absolutely! MJE Fitness Center welcomes individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our trainers are happy to provide guidance, and we have programs designed specifically for those just starting their fitness journey

HOW DO I CANCEL OR FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

  • Membership cancellations or freezes are simple. Please refer to your membership agreement for the terms and process, or contact our customer service team for assistance. We try to make it as easy as possible to accommodate your needs
